★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The banquet is nice, but the management is terrible.
While booking the place they were extremely polite. But on the day of event no one from the management were present.
There was not a single guy to whom we could complain or who would arrange the things.
They didn't serve many items on the day of marriage.
And the management contact Payal Choudhury, was extremely rude and was absent during the event. She only visited the hall very late, after we had huge disagreement regarding the arrangements.
We booked the banquet till 12am midnight but she planned to close it at 11 only.
They served the starters only for 1.5hrs and closed everything and moved all the foods. They even closed the Mocktails /soft drinks counter.
We later booked a tea stall for entire night separately by paying Rs. 500. But they provided a old broken machine which served cold tea only.
If you want your event to happen in peace please don't book this banquet. You will need lot of patience, dialogue and compromise to make sure your happens.

I had my daughter's marriage on 27 th Jan and not even a single person was present from management.
There was a girl named Payal choudhury who was incharged on that day but she was also absent.
Her behaviour on phone was extremely bad.
She was present in Verde vista that day for other event.
They didn't gave many food items which was there in our contract plus they closed the starter at 8 and venue was booked till 12 o clock but they closed it at 11. Very disappoined with their service
They spilt our entire effort of one year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst management ever. My reception was a horrible experience for me and my wife. We were humiliated. On th event day the starters were supposed to be served on the terrace but nothing, and they took extra money just to organise that. Rooms didn't have water at night. Stale food was given to the drivers. After everything like making the payment on time they made it a horrible experience for us, specially payel choudhary. She is so rude , talked in very bad language with my mom.
Please do yourself a favour and never book this place.
Even the front desk people are horrible and their behaviour is so so mean.

I had the worst experience, my family was humiliated ,our shaadi was a disaster , there was no starters provided to guest at the beginning and they closed the starters at 8 o clock the groom's side didn't get any starter .
They closed the mocktail too
the terrace was not used, we paid in advance for everything ,they didn't have many food items which were there in the contract ..water was not given during night time in rooms, the behaviour from the front desk was horrible, so rude . When we tried to complain they were so rude to us over phone..
Not a single person Frome the management's was present that day.vey very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience, my family was humiliated , my reception was a disaster , there was no starters provided to guest, the terrace was not used, we paid in advance for everything , stale food was provided to drivers, water was not given during night time in rooms, the behaviour from the front desk was horrible, so rude . When we tried to complain they were so rude to us. My big day was ruined .

They served the starters only for 1.5hrs and closed everything and moved all the foods. My uncle booked the terrace which was barely even used,the food was provided to drivers was not fresh,which was very embarrassing for us. The condition of washrooms in room were horrible. When we tried to complain they were so rude to my family.We had the worst experience, it was totally a disaster to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience here. I stayed for 14 days here and enjoyed every moment. Food quality is good and tasty. Staff behaviour is polite and friendly. Restaurant and rooms are on different building but room service is available. Rooms are neat and clean with air conditioner. Restaurant ambient is good. One of the staff Santanu Dey is best person to have around. He knows how to handle guest very well.
Apart from this there are few cons as below:
1. In room we so not have big mirrors. So getting ready for any occasion is little difficult. Special for women's.
2. Cupboard door are noisy.
3. Beds do not have separate blankets. They have one whole blanket for two people.
Overall it is very nice place to stay.
