★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building situated in nice locality proximity to the railway station, mall highway. Posh locality low crime rate. Beautiful view of farms and creek.
But the building has issues in paint job done by builder. There are cracks in wall and leakage in ceiling within 5years of construction which the residents had to repair and the locks and keys had to be replaced. Corners were cut by builder in some areas which needs to be taken care of in future
