नांदगांव-देवगड मार्गावर देवगड पासून सुमारे 27 कि.मी. अंतरावर तोरसोळे फाटा आहे. तेथून सैतवडे धबधबा 3 कि.मी. अंतरावर आहे. हा संपूर्ण रस्ता कच्चा आहे. तसेच याच मार्गावर नांदगांवपासून 13 कि.मी. अंतरावर शिरगांव आहे. तेथून हा धबधबा 6 कि.मी. अंतरावर आहे. येथून जवळच सैतवडे आणि पाडाघरवाडी अशी दोन गावे आहेत. म्हणून याला सैतवडे धबधबा किंवा पाडाघर धबधबा असे म्हणतात. जिल्हयाचा पर्यटन नकाशा तयार करताना या धबधब्याच्या आवर्जून उल्लेख करण्यात आला आहे. जवळ नदी पलीकडच्या निसर्गरम्य परिसरात श्री गिरावळदेवीचे मंदिर आहे.
येथे भरपूर बारमाही पाणी आहे. उंच खडकामधून पडणारा हा धबधबा पर्यटकांना नेत्रसुख देणारा आहे. सभोवती असणा-या निसर्गरम्य परिसरामुळे या धबधब्याच्या सौंदर्यात भरच पडली आहे. पावसाळयात पाण्याचा प्रवाह मोठ्या प्रमाणात वाहत असल्याने या कालखंडात जरा जपूनच आनंद लुटला पाहिजे. पावसाळयात येथील सौंदर्य पहाणे हा एक सुखद अनुभव असतो. पावसाळयात वाहणा-या नदीच्या प्रचंड प्रवाहामुळे डोंगर फोडला जाऊन त्याचे दोन भागात विभाजन झाले आहे. इतर वेळेला प्रवाह बेताचाच असतो. सतत वाहणा-या पाण्यामुळे काळया खडकात सुंदर तळे निर्माण झाले आहे. धबधब्यासमोरील नदीचे पात्र रूंद आणि कमी खोलीचे असल्यामुळे त्यात स्नानाचा आणि पोहण्याचाही आनंद लुटता येतो.
येथील निसर्गरम्य परिसर पहाताच आपले भान हरपून जाते. तन-मनाला उल्हासित करणारा इथला गारवा अलौकिक शांतीचा, स्तब्धतेचा प्रत्यय देतो. येथे नेहमीच आसपासच्या शाळा वनभोजनासाठी येत असतात. येथे चहापाणी, जेवण, रहाण्याची सोय नाही. मात्र स्वत:चे जेवण नेऊन किंवा जेवणाचे साहित्य नेऊन तेथे जेवण बनवून भोजन करून आनंद लुटण्यासारखे हे ठिकाण आहे.

About 27 km from Devgad on the Nandgaon-Devgad route. Torsole is torn in the distance. Thence 3 km to the waterfall. Is in the distance. This whole road is raw. It is also 13 km from Nandgaon. In the distance is Shirgaon. From there, the waterfall is 6 km. Is in the distance. From here, there are two villages called Satwade and Pada Gharwadi. Therefore, it is called Sativade waterfall or Pada Bhagra waterfall. The waterfall is mentioned in the map while preparing a tourist map of the district. There is a temple of Shri Giravaldevi in the scenic area near the river.
There is plenty of perennial water here. The falls from the high cliffs are eye-catching for tourists. The scenic surroundings add to the beauty of the waterfall. The flow of water during the monsoon flows in large quantities so it should be enjoyed in due course. Seeing the beauty here in the rainy season is a pleasant experience. Due to the heavy flow of the river flowing in the rainy season, the mountain has been split and divided into two parts. At other times, the flow is rough. The continuous flow of water has created beautiful lakes in the black rock. The river front of the waterfall is wide and with a low depth, it also enjoys bathing and swimming.
When you look at the picturesque landscapes here, your mind is lost. Garawa, here, gives a sense of supernatural peace, astonishment to the body. There are always nearby schools for lunch. There is no tea, no food, no accommodation. However, there is a place to enjoy your meal by making your own meal or by having lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waterfall near Shirgaon in Devgad. Almost 24-26 kms from Devgad. Temple nearby. You need to check direction on map. Road to the place is through forest and small villages. There are no boards providing direction. You will have to climb downhill to reach the river,/ waterfall. Steps have been made. Beautiful place in natural surrounding. You can put your legs in the water and relax. Parking as such is at the side of road. Do not go in dark if you are not aware of the place. Roads can be confusing. No one on the road to ask direction .
