★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A total commercial building. Specially financial houses. PNB, CAMS, SBI, INDUSIND BANK, FUTURE GENERALLI among the few big names of the companies. Security matter need to take care, they r sitting & gossiping. Nearest bus stop Mallick Bazar and metro station Park Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there a few times, mainly to visit CAMS office and occasional visit at EPFOHO. The place is neat and clean, specious, has elevator. But it doesn't have enough lights, the place is kinda dark and gloomy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone there with my elder sister to visit the 91.9 friends FM office on the 9th floor, for donation to the Kerala relief fund programme, Revive Kerala by Friends FM and rotary club. The place is good. The elevator is a bit small, and takes time to come up. The FM office was good.
