★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in patna for good 10 years and my parents have been based here pretty much all their life and its needless to say that one gets to see labs/pathology/Radiology center during course of routine health check-ups. There was a time when individuals had limited options and having test was mostly done in a lab operated by physicians /surgeons. Labs were suppose to run test and patients used to collect results same day or next day depending on nature of test only to discuss the findings by the Prescribing doctor. In all of this , there is an underlying missing link ,where , one never used to get the honest and neutral opinion of the Specialist who ran the tests and is accountable for findings .....This is where Saksham and Dr Kumar Rahul has made a path-breaking cultural shift by not only carrying the tests at highest level of precision and authenticity but also giving that time and his expert opinion on findings .My parents have their annual check up with Dr Rahul and its only his advice which has prevented many age related issues for them as they pro actively met physicians when needed basis the findings if result. I find it very professional and "above and beyond" service in a profession which off-late has been too money driven. I have lived almost 2 decades in metropolitan cities in India and for a while been based in USA and I must admit ....the sincerity and ethics which Dr Rahul has imbibed & inculcated @ Saksham is visible in every staff member and there is no VIP culture when it comes to pricing or preferential attending to issues . Everyone gets the same level of authentic and flawless service .
Kudos to Dr Kumar Rahul and his excellent team ....they are bringing pride to the profession and city if Patna with their tier-1 services .
I will personally recommend Saksham for all the available services in Patna and wish Saksham
Team grand success with all their existing and future offerings to the citizens of State of BIHAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go with saksham. Very poor management, staff are very rude and zero co oporation. Very very bad experience. In front of me only everyone is shouting for their number. If they give the appointment for 12:30 till 3 pm they have not call. Very very bad experience.
