After buy flat from him , i faced too much problems. like
-Its staff is too lazy, and for every small thing i need to do follow-up, And after positions it take 3 months to clear all documents, still some of documents is not get or cleared by Salasar.
-Floor plan is not clear, bank loan department was not considering initially.
-From neighbor i found they took too much time to give room positions.
-My society didn't have BMC water supply connection initially, society manually pay extra amounts and get connections
-Open parking they convert into private and charged for this also.
-After handover to society , society have debit amount instead of credit , means unnecessary amounts salasar charged, and society have minus balance.
-In my society many of them including me didn't get telecom device and door webcam bell.
-Its demo room and actual room is different.
-Be Alert while purchasing and do all enquires.
-His current office behind bhayander west D-Mart building.
