The rural college is situated on the side of the main Indpur- Jorda Road and in a calm quiet lush green environment with vast campus of about 15 acres, infrastructure and buildings are good enough with highly decorated main gate. The college is started its journey in the year 1966, the college is at present offering degree graduate pass and honours courses in science and arts affiliated to Bankura University.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the college campus is big but it is full of trees . You can feel greenery ??. The surroundings [outside the college] is not good. There is some food shops but the quality of foods are not good. And there are some shops for other daily needs also. IF you want to enjoy your college life with study then it is not the right place???.
