★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Sales Emporium, Nagerbazar" is as such disgusting in service as it is popular in name.
I had purchased a 'Whirlpool refrigerator' from Nagerbazar store of "Sales Emporium" on dated 30-03-2022. They had ensured about it's delivery as well as it's demonstration within 02-04-2022.
But what an act of irresponsibility from the store that nobody still has come to give the demonstration of the product.
That means they are too much irresponsible, indiscipline, unprofessional and also not as friendly to the customer.
Hence it was my first cum last purchase from "Sales Emporium".
In future I will request my acquaintances to refrain in any kind of purchase from "Sales Emporium".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such an awful and horrible experience during our AC purchase from this store...
The Sales representative Sangita forcibly persuade us to buy the brand(Daikin) probably she had her sales targets linked with... She intentionally didn't reveal the additional prices related with the product installation and when confronted about it merely denied saying that she mentioned everything ...
What wonders more is that she didn't even seemed to bother about the consequences when said that we were canceling other appliances which we have planned to buy from them based on this experience...
Such a disgrace..
I would never recommend anyone to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most 3rd class shop I ever experienced. People don't go to this shop for any product. They are very much unprofessional. I have purchased a LG washing machine on last 10th December 21. I got a defective machine. I couldn't use it. They didn't change it yet. Regularly they are giving different excuses. Their service is extremely bad. Still now they are Harrasing me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience and the sales executive Sangita is also not good as first of all they first tried to confuse us with different model number of appliance and charged us extra money and they didn't even send us that model and second they didn't even bother to tell us that installation will cost us extra money. If only charging money from the customers is the only motive then these guys are master at it. My experience was so bad that I have decided not to purchase any of my future items from here and will not recommend anyone to buy. Instead go for other retailers or Amazon.
