★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience wrt white goods purchased from Sales Emporium, Behala.
I purchased all my goods from them nearly 2lakhs plus.
Firstly there discount is "slightly" more than the other retail outlets and not anything substantial.
But mostly, they have non existent after sales service. All calls to them for installation related issues were unresolved/ not taken.
But worst part is when my IFB Dishwasher was unboxed, a damaged, probably demo piece which was not even packed properly came out.
Of course, reaching out to the Sales Manager was useless, who just said get in touch with IFB.
Now IFB will do whatever needs to be done, but Subrata, the Sales Emporium Salesman is relaxed. He is already enjoying his incentive of reaching his monthly target.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave maximum possible discount by its owner Vicky Sharma. Its salespersons and owner himself made me comfortable and helped in selecting and choosing the reqd item. I am a regular customer there and today I bought Samsung double door fridge and Bajaj Mixer-Grinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staffs and manager. They don't have any ethics. We took 2 split AC from them in Mar 2021 and their staff promised us a very good gift while selling the AC which we did not get even after chasing multiple times. Now after 9 months in Dec 2021, we went to take a TV on 7th Dec and they offered us the best they could and there was also an exchange value of our old TV of Rs. 2,000 which was offered by them separately. After discussing with family, we went back to them on 8th Dec to buy and all their offers were gone for a toss and they went back on their own words. Those who can't keep their own words, can't survive much in this competitive environment. Very pathetic experience where the ethics was completely missing.

We bought Whirlpool fridge IF INV CNV 355 on 30th April 2022 and guess what since yesterday it has stopped working. Can't believe brands like sales emporium and whirlpool cheat their customers with such defective goods .. #SalesEmporium #WhirlpoolRefrigerator

Even though we have raised a service request for this, noone showed up to fix this. Also after some times they even stopped taking our phone calls
