★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very unprofessional and even not reply on time. I try to contact them on their three different number. But didn't reply. Next day, When I call them they told me price of a dress which i like is 8,000. Then i got message from other two numbers that dress is 8,000. I said that is fine. I will come to pick the dress they said yes you can come to the store. But when I reach there they show me the dress and say the price of the dress is 17,000 but we can give you for 15,000 only. Then i said that you told me 8,000 on voice call and on message as well but he change his words. He said other colours are in 8000 but this colour that you like is 15000 rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given negative rating..they took the money from us but sold the colthing to someone else..please never visit this store....and if the owner is reading it, veer ethics naam di koi chiz ni thode ch ,maafi chahunga pr pls apni dukana te taale laado..eda business krn da koi fayda ni ....rest everyone please beware of these frauds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a lehnga that I really liked however, they did the WORST stitching job. I’m a petite girl so they remove one of the pleats without asking which made the lehnga tight around the hips and hard to sit in. I specifically told them, I want the ghera to be big and flowy. They also added additional ghota on top of the belt which looks odd. The arm holes on the blouse were cut small which made it fit tight and the cups in the blouse are not set properly, they move. There was no proper finishing done on the lehnga, it was a completely botched job. I had to go to another boutique to get these things fixed and pay additional money. I’m very disappointed and regret making this purchase. Don’t waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner has zero customer service skills. We bought lehnga from this store. They recommend a ahop for sherwani since they don't do men's sherwani & that shop was a total disaster.
I called to let the owner know and instead of even listening to us he said its not his duty to tell this to his salesman and hung up the call.
They're super friendly when you have to buy stuff from them after that you've nothing to them. Would never give them any more business. Not recommended to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked some selections but the guy (owners?) do not answer or text reply properly. Very upset with unprofessionalism, while they say they sell all over the world. Some texted replies are " yes, no. I will check (which does not get checked), unavailable, available". Very pathetic! how can one inquire or bye? they do no guide you how to order, how much is the price in Canadian dollars and what is the shipment fee etc. Very disappointing, no knowledge at all I think, only talking too much. Please improve your service and answer your customers properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T SHOP! Appalling quality of the clothes! Rude staff, never on time to complete anything. Wore this outfit for an hour and every single thread came loose. Ridiculous. Went back to get it sorted and they refused to take any liability of the quality.
Better off going to the other Saluja's Mom & Me, service and quality beats this terrible place!!!
