★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Octave jacket and after wearing it for 2-3 times, I saw that the cotton is coming out from the inner side of the jacket. When I visited the shop for exchanging the jacket they suggested me that wait for 3 days and they will send the jacket to the company. After 3 days, when I called them, they again told me to wait for some days. This continued for one month and then they denied the exchange. Their exchange service is pathetic. Really disappointed.....
