★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Fashion Femina has been the best. Ajay was absolutely amazing in helping to get an outfit made for my wedding. He understood what I wanted and got it made in a given time frame. Can’t thank enough for how beautiful it looks and fits. Everyone in the family loved it . The service I received was perfect and incredibly speedy. All the items we ordered online through them arrived into New Zealand within 5 days with DHL as promised.
Your guys collection is great with the best quality and price. Keep it up with great service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience!!! They won’t even listen to you they just know how to speak loudly to defend their point. Spend 60000 rupee but at the end got 0% satisfaction with their services. They say totally different things while selling the product. Very bad customer service even the manager won’t listen to you. Won’t recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a baaaaad customer service this store have got for their customers. And literally just money minded people and have nothing more than that. I bought one lehnga from them worth Rs 16500. They showed me in the video just a glance of that and I could hardly see the stuff and work, I asked for more clear photos which they didn’t sent and forced me to pay quick because their so called “other customers” were on hold for the same thing. Which now seems just drama to me.
Now that lehnga is not fitting to my size cause this is fishcut not a normal lehnga. I had no idea of that when I bought that, cause they didn’t sent me any proper photo of that. I called them if we can just exchange it. But they just refused literally and was very rude when I just asked to exchange. To my understanding a business is successful if their customers are happy. But I can see these people have nothing to do with their customers
But they only bother about their pockets. Well money earned by cheating doesn’t last longer and never gives any pleasure to anyone.
I would never recommend this store to anyone at all. Please be aware of these cheaters. There are much better shops in ghumar mundi only than these ones

And be truthful atleast. You are saying you showed me lehnga for 20 minutes whereas on my end I have only 5 min call to you guys. Well I have photos to post here to prove myself which you won’t let me post now. Cheaters and liers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Ordered 10 suits from here, and they sent me the wrong colour and the wrong suits. I called them to tell them they sent the wrong suit and they said they would send me “another suit” but then they blocked me on everything. Didn’t answer my calls, or messages and then blocked my messages on facebook live too. Worst customer service, quality is not good too and they did not send me “another suit” like they promised. I would not recommend buying from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys if you are buying from them overseas then don’t buy please. I had worst experience with them. They sent me defective suit and now they don’t even reply to my messages. I am going to post about them on all social media handles. I have seen many other reviews also where people from overseas were not even replied back after issues. Please don’t waste ur money.

My mom and sister bought many dresses from this store but one of dress want to change but they refused to change it and they insulting to my mom and sister. Do not buy anything from this store . Very bad customer service , worst experience , rude and bad staff.
There is no option to given 0 star other wise I definitely gives 0 star. I strongly recommend please no body visit this store they are such big liar and disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worst experience with this store and I don’t wanted anyone to go through the situation like I been. Especially if you are out of country or state you are even not able to go to their stores later to claim anything.
I purchased two suits online from them one was of 11500 and other 17500. After payment they text me that one suit we checked while preparing delivery was defective. I ask them that you would have check it before I made payment. Staff was so rude to me and act like I should be guilty. and said that I have to choose something else now. I told them to show a screenshot of defective peace but they keep ignoring me.
I moved on and select other suits. When my family got delivery, suits was of very poor quality. Its not even worth 1000 Rs. I call them and they denied and told they can’t do anything. And their suits was in very good quality. And also they denied me to pay 500 rs that they owed from me. So guys please be aware its a scam. They are making huge money with online orders and then giving poor quality to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an expensive lehanga from Fashion Femina and the delivery was on time however the product that they showed online was different what they delivered. From such an expensive lehanga , a client expects high quality however the quality was not good and the work on lehanga was cheap… the lace down the lehanga was very very cheap and duppatta of lehanga was a big no, not good at all… which one can’t see online and when I told them to exchange, I wasn’t returning it, but requesting to change it, they denied to change or return . So before buying, one must think that there will be no return or exchange policy. And I didn’t get it altered even because I thought if I won’t like it, I would return or exchange it. When a customer buy something like 20,000 rupees stuff, they expect better customer service and quality but here , they didn’t even pick my call and straightforward refused to cope with my issues.
The quality is not what they shown online and no return policy. It’s a cheap imitation.
