I bought worth 50,000. When I wanted to exchange something, they plainely said NO EXCHANGE after 10 days. I felt really bad.
NEVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience shopping here. They show you a collection and if you ask for different color, they assure you that they can get it made for you. Be careful they trick you at that time by assuring you but they get a piece made in very cheap quality. That's what happened to me. Owners are very rude and don't know how to speak. They promise you that they can deliver the dress the day you need it but in my case they were 5 days late. I didn't get the dress until after my flight.
Last but not the least , don't pay them in advance these people are after money they don't care about their customers. Worst customer service ever. Never shopping here ever. I would give them -5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn’t know how to deal with customer not only staff but owner himself use wrong words, worse behaviour. Dress was cut short by navrang tailors but rather accept their mistake , was misbehave by owner. 0/10 to navrang ludhiana
