Dr.Garima Porwal behavior was not at all good,it was very worst.We went for Pregnancy Sonography and she directly did internal sonography.She didn’t even intimated us about the procedure and why internal sonography needed in initial stage.After sonography,When asked about this to Garima Porwal “mam apne bataya kyu nahi ki internal sonography kar rahe hai aap”,she shouted on us and said “jo karwane aye the unko bata diya tha,apki taklif kya hai mje smjh nahi arhi,she(patient) should understand,inke problem kya hai,inke paise wapas dedo main report nahi dungi”.
She herself was keep on yelling and keep on shouting and hume bol rhi thi ki awaz nichi rakh ke bat kariye.
Her attitude was extremly unprofessional,unskilled,horrid and ridiculous.
Ek nahi hazar queries hongi,to bhi softly,politely and professionally answer karna padega that’s a doctor duty.
But i think Garima porwal ko apne name ke age se “Dr.” remove kr dena chahiye .She didn’t even know the basic duties and principals of a Doctor.
Be a human first.

Me and my wife wish to extend our sincere thanks especially to Ms Rajni Yadav Mam for the wonderful cooperation and support. By the way Rajni mam helped us and made to interpret that why this Sodani Diagnostic is best. The people like Rajni Mam are keeping the flag high of their institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appointment was schedule for morning 10 am, they took my wife for NT scan at 11:30 am and in next 5 mints told us to wait and drink some water and do some walk, then they will retest. They took her for test again at 12:30 pm. Again just after 5 mints told us to wait as the baby is not giving position. We waited for another 2 hrs and they took my wife at 2:45 pm. In this interval they were treating some personal doctor patients who was may be in collaboration with the center on commission basis. So all the patient of that doctor was given priority and we were hanged in middle. Its almost 4pm. We are finally done with the test and still waiting for reports. I hope we receive the report on given time. Pathetic service, Very expensive and no professionalism. Sorry for this bad review, I never share bad reviews. But you guys tested my patience.
