★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy property from this builder. They have stalled some of the projects in Kiwale and Chinchwad area and work is completely stopped from like from 20-22 months. Until now history of this group was good. But not now. Please beware!
I would advise if you still want to buy from them buy the ready possession as they don’t have financial capacity to complete the project, otherwise you will keep paying rent and EMI and this builder will still don’t show any empathy.
