★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For buying it is good but in giving warrenty rude behaviour and go to savatri market in bypass near zero mile.only repair you can do in local area no replace of product.i bought backpack it damaged in 9month and no warrenty is given they said go and repair it locally.it is wrost thing.i pay 1400,then why i use there bag.my suggestion go for skybags,bagpack,wiki,nike not American tourister bagpack.if anyone want to buy American tourister products or any other products you can buy from brand factory mall,big bazar,patna central.please donot buy from showroom and online american tourister products.slip.BRANDED MALL GIVES GOOD PRODUCTS AND FAST SERVICE.also i complain in consumer forum for not giving service check my all photos with bill,damaged bag and service slip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience... Actually they are working just fir the sake of work.. don't know how to speak. It's like ke you are begging in front of them to buy thing or to demonstrate. Highly not recommended... Ever ever worst and pathetic situation inside the shop. Staff are fighting themselves. HORRIBLE atmosphere
