★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downright rude. The woman at the reception answering the calls is the rudest person I've ever spoken with. (no doubt Punekars are known for this character trait). It would have been much better had there been a good service centers in the city for such a big brand called SAMSUNG.
P. S. No offense. But the call centre folks are equally unaware of the criticality of issues. I hope that I find a better service center in this city.
