★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If any person has problem in in his mobile. They charge more than the cost of mobile. If you do not repair from here recharge 200 rupees to see the mobile. Frustrating thing is that we can't repair but we have to pay it.200# good company but wurst service centre totally hated it.?????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Phone touch screen was not working.So, i went to the service center and they told me we need to change the display and it will cost 4800 as its not in warranty. Without proper looking to it and trying out they told me it wll cost 4800 and if not we need to chrck mother board.
i said no and came back home and google about the issue, just by clicking the volume down key and power key, i was able to reboot my phone and touch was working fine.They should have checked that at thier end and then should have told me. I personally didn't liked it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to the centre yesterday. My Samsung Galaxy S20 FE screen went black and the staff was really nice. They said it will take a few days for the Screen replacement parts to arrive. I am waiting for your call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the fabulous response from the service center "which u never expect?" but here I have to take my words back.actually I bought the s20 fe and the unit was with manufacturing defect so I went to the service center on the very second day from purchasing and met zeel. She nailed her duty with her truly customer centric behavior and gesture.but the problem was still there with the device.on the second day she was on leave and I met raj and bhavesh and trust me guys they made that prolonged process so easy that my unit was replaced in just within 24 hours. Have you ever experienced this fast service...!!!!
Once again thank you so much Bhavesh,Raj & zeel for the support in the process and ya you all are truly gem of a person....
