★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Executives are not professional. They are replacing original mobile accessories with duplicate accessories. Before going to this service center above point needs to be consider.
From 2 to 3 years same staff is visible. To break this monopoly company has to interchange staff from one service center to another within define period of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have visited kharadi customer care for repair of my mobile phone.
Nearly one and half hour i was seating in their office, time and again I have requested for update but in vain.
At last I have asked to return my mobile without checking.
The manager of the firm is not having any control over the staff. He is not at all effective.
It seems they don’t need business.
Westing the time of customer.
Not professional.
Very unfortunate.
One has to think ten times before going to this office.
Samsung has to rethink on such careless customer care offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service, today 29-09-21 went to service center with My Galaxy A50 which was displaying a message overheated Power off automatically, yesterday 28-09-21, show the photo of message. Touch screen was OK on 28-09-21, But after handed over to service center kharadi, told me that touch screen is not working due to humidity in charging port & at Sim Slot. Money minded technicians ask to me to replace screen also Samsung Faulty Product.
