★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Samsung watch was not charging and the product is under warranty had given it for repair there is no response to even after 15 days all I get to hear is the part is not available what kind of pathetic service they provide highly disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's awesome. I have went here for samsung mobile service. The staff is very polite and good answerable. And reasonable cost for service we have given a mobile for screen change they did well and quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center is good. But I had problems in my phone. I use a Samsung Galaxy A70 and had to get the screen replaced twice in just a month. The AMOLED is very very fragile and just shatters on small knocks. My display broke on just placing my phone on the table. Very disappointed owing to the fact that a screen replacement costs nearly 7k and I this time again the OLED shattered. Samsung must make someway to make it a little bit more shock proof. I have to invest nearly half the cost of the phone on just the display. I dont know if it is the fault of the manufacturing or the service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once I had visited to register a issue about my earbud, that time they were very polite and answerable and both the earbuds they replaced. But the earbuds which I got now had come across some issues, i went there and registered again for that, that time their behaviour was pathetic and and staff was acting like as I had done something wrong to her. And i didn't get any solution for the complaint I registered, they said to me that the technical department didn't find any issues so nothing they could do with it and they returned my product as it is. After I reached to my room I had given to my friend to check my earbuds. When he used, the same issue he also faced. Pathetic and worst service I ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They better should be titled scammers.fake service center and they waste time in them complete waste because they don't provide any resolution. Rather they don't even have knowledge to take care of the issue. Never trust their words or go by the positive reviews. They are fake and don't even answer the emails. On every call you make to them, they will have numerous excuses but no resolution. Service zero worst and pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a lock button circuit repair of my mobile , the service center lady took my ph and examined it came back with a quote of 8.5k .
I insisted them to change the lock button circuit only not the back and side cover but they want money only from your pocket nothing else ,she kept telling she cannot do it , it is samsung policy.
Then i went to a shop opposite to decathlon brigade road and got it done in 1.8k .
Request everyone to avoid this money hungry monsters and go to the shop opposite decathlon.
