★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Good and corpoerative staff.
2. I had an issue with my phone display M21 which was fixed on the spot as it was under warranty.
3. Service center need to be a little bigger as per covid situation u really need a larger space , understand in sion its difficult some management needs to be done there so that social distance is maintained.
4. Though happy with the service , equally sad with the samsung product it is really unfortunate to have display breakdown within months of use. QA for Samsung needs to be questioned on this.

They took 3 days but were switching from one problem to another, starting from replacement of battery socket, to change in battery to change in motherboard. Finally got the problem resolved in just 2 hours at a local repair shop at Manish Market. Avoid this place, if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience dealing with Samsung Smart Cafe, Divine Commutations. The proprietor, Mr. Kanhaiya was extremely polite, patient and helpful. He stuck to his promise of paying me for my old phone the originally discussed price, even though the arrival of my new phone took a few weeks from the date I pre-booked my Phone. His assistant Mr. Dhananjay too was extremely professional and polite in helping me migrate over to the new Phone seamlessly and successfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place. They seem professional too. However, not too happy with Samsung policies. Apparently water damage isn't covered under warranty which sucks. So I had to pay to get my phone repaired. Barely 7 months, and my phone gets screwed by a mere water spill. I think Samsung should reconsider their policies. Waterproofing is the bare minimum anyone expects these days and if it isn't major damage, i think Samsung should have it covered.
