★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Samsung 415 ltr fridge. Sales staff was very attentive Only till the time we agreed to buy. After that they did not care. Product delivered but it was missing back panel and did not stand straight (it was leaning tower of Pisa) delivery staff insisted product fine but our walls were slant! . Further they insisted all fridges come without back panel nowadays. We sent it back but now await replacement. Called the store but phone no on receipt was incorrect. Finally called one of the staff who was pretty non chalant and rude said replacement would arrive when possible...and it was now the warehouse problem. No eta no commitment despite paying over 40k! Bad service i would avoid this store.

Easy emi is available for every good in the shop and moreover they have a wide range of brands and products at great price too!! The drawback of the branch here is that there are not as many products to choose from as the shop js quite small..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, Bought refrigerator and TV . But Refrigerator found damaged and got replacement again same problem. Twice replacement done and this time asked us to change the Brand, we did with higher price, OMG again this time too damaged piece but this time we got surprise as technician not visited but recorded as visited and found perfect. How they covered their mistake. Many emails to Customer care but all vain and no response till date. I do not have word to explain my pathetic experience with Vijay Sales. Please be cautious before take decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is a bit smaller than Croma which is nearby. Also variety is a bit limited. Fortunately compared to my last visit staff attention today was way better than before. Now if only they can increase the display area.
