Bought our Washing Machine from here.
Very satisfied with the customer service. Mr. Bhavin was very polite and helpful. Prices are quite competitive. You will get almost the same rates that you see online.
Installation is even quicker than online or other stores.
They have valet parking also, so you don’t need to worry about finding a parking space.
Had a very good experience and will definitely recommend to shop with them.

At the time of purchase they will tell you that since this is samsung store you will get best and prompt service versus other stores but its a false promise, dont fall for it. Infact may be people from other store might be more helpful but not this one.
I was dealing with Mr. Bhavik in this store and he has no sense of responsibility and will give excuses after excuses. Best part is he will fool you and will then say that you are not understanding.
In case you have an issue right after delivery, you should directly call Samsung Call center because store people can do nothing after delivery is done. Even 5 year support which you get if you buy from this store is only a marketing gimmick. They dont provide any support.
I bought Rs. 71000 fridge, it gave me problem right after it got delivered. I kept following up with the store representative and he didnt write my complain at the first instance but kept giving false promise that someone will visit. After 2 days when no one came to check the fridge, I again called the store, this time he registered my complain. They never followed up one single time to see if my problem got solved, which I am still fighting for and has not got solved.
Also at the time of Purchase they told me that we will give you 1000 points which you can use while buying some other product, I kept reminding them to do the procedure for a week after I purchased the product and then forgot about it. So, I did not even get those points.
My advice is dont buy any high value Samsung product because they do not give good customer service or never resolve your problem or do not ever take any responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience twice. purchased Samsung Washing Machine from Alpha Digital Last Year. i have informed them to provide new piece of product instead they provided me display product.
day before yesterday purchased refrigerator with minor dent on right side of refrigerator neither they have another piece of same product available and provide just 2.5k for damaged product discount.
this is so worst experience with brand retailer.
better to buy from Croma, reliance digital or choose other Samsung retailer for better experience rather then choosing Alpha Digital
