★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to be.. I was there with a friend.. My friend was using her services for the first time for highlights and global.. My friend had asked her about the product that she would be using.. To which she mentioned L'Oreal... P. S. She wasn't mixing the product in front of us... Though we did ask her to. ... My friend was continuously complaining of burning scalp. But these 3 sisters kept on telling her and me that it is Normal "Thoda to lagta he hai"... The whole night my friend had had headache, Discomfort in vision and focus, and the burning of course ... Next day in the morning her hair were totally stuck to the scalp and she was crying in pain ...
That is when I took her to the doc and later a cosmetologist who in turn explained to us that those were caustic burns in the scalp due to the use of a higher percentage of bleach used directly in the scalp.. And that higher percentage of bleach should not be used directly on the scalp.. Imagine that scalp being burnt by bleach and combed at the same time.. Later her hair were burnt with iron... I could see the burning fumes erupting from the iron while she was seeing her hair.. But again they mentioned it's normal.. And the and thing was requested me too ...
Also she would charge you at her whim and fancy.. For the service she is charging 1500 any length .. Which is mentioned in her social media profiles but to my friend she charged 4000 ..
So beware..
