★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The club house/gym is not functional. Rajakaluve passed through boundary wall. Approach road is mud. Worst security, no respect to the visitors. Builder's behavior is very bad, only sugar coated words. one of the worst property in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious interiors!, compensates for a relatively limited common area...Good pool, kids play area and clubhouse. Added factor of privacy and peace since the plot is just off the main road/highway.
