Right next to MVJ college of engineering, and near the WGS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice community apartment, well guarded. Lots of family lives here. It has power backup as well. Always a happening place with kids playing around. Nice club house, gym, swimming pool. Nice environment. I stayed there as a tenant for a year. Loved the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very calm, well maintained gated society. We have stayed here as bachelors and the entire society is really good, with proper security, gardens, swimming pool,gym and playground for kids. It also has 24 hours power backup, and BB instant vending machines. Sometimes they come up with some society rules and regulations which get annoying,but overall it's really good. The families around are all very decent and they mix well with bachelors too. There proper basement parking as well. There's also a game room, library and squash room. Weekly once they even have a market set up within the society to buy groceries and Vegetables.

Drawback is kids play in the corridors. No hard rules for play...

All facilities available. Swimming pool and gym are good.
Nice facilities & amenities infra
Walking and playing area could have been better. However, manageable.
