After 4 months of continuous exploration of multiple projects in and around Whitefield area, finally I ended my search @ Gopalan Aqua and booked a 3 BHK flat. I am very much impressed with the location which is growing rapidly, Carpet area and the amenities @ Aqua. Also got positive feedback from one of the Gopalan resident of other project about the construction quality. Mr.Satpreet from sales team is very much cooperative and helpful. Hopeful for the world class quality and brand. Thank you. :)

After visiting various projects in the past few months, finally booked an apartment in Gopalan Aqua. The location and construction quality is very good. Mr. Jayanth helped us in the sales process and the experience was very good. Below are some pros and cons of the project Pros 1. Location 2. Ventilation in the apartments ( One side Prestige villas and other side apartment building with 4 floors) 3. Construction Quality 4. No other land owners. Land owned by Gopalan Enterprises 5. Competitive Pricing for the location Cons 1. Lot of emphasis on 2 BHK and ignored 3 BHK (Be it model apartment furnishing, No of units, Premium location etc.). 2. Piped Gas connection should have been available (Looks like they are in early talks but not finalised)

Awesome property. Close proximity to main road with all world class amenities. It has a very good open area and the flats as well as the corridors are well ventilated. Mr Dinesh, from sales team, was very patient, friendly and helped us with all the details on property. Keep up the good work !!

Finally today we were able to book our dream home at Gopalan Aqua and that ends our 3 months of every weekend house hunt trauma :) What worked for us? Almost everything. Extremely good well connected location which is the USP of the property , near to bus stop and proposed metro station and the beautiful ventilated spacious 2 BHK which gave us the instant homely vibes. Building quality seems pretty good and all the luxurious amenities are available. And finally kudos goes to the awesome sales team who were quite helpful specially Mr. Dinesh who helped us throughout from sight visit to booking and we were able to book our home in a single visit. Hope project will be done by the time as promised. Will keep you guys updated with further progress :) Happy house hunting!!

We've purchased our home at Gopalan Aqua. We've visited around 20+ projects before taking the decision to buy. The project has advantages of locality, location , amenities, cost & A class builder (therefore quality & time of completion would be trustable). Location - very close to Hope farm Junction & ~1.4 km upcoming metro Amenities - cricket ground, basket ball court, swimming pool, party hall, departmental store etc. Surrounded by Prestige Villas & already built apartments , so the area is really good. Since we stay close to the project, we've seen its development progress really going well. The best thing we liked about the sales team - Mr. Dinesh was his friendliness & very prompt , timely response. He answered every single question we had (no matter how big or silly the question was) & helped us with the process in each step.

Seems like a very good and promising upcoming property in the Whitefield area. Here are the few key points i can list - 1. Renowned and Trusworthy Builder in Bengaluru, sales team seems to be very good in promising (hopefully they deliver it too) 2. Land owned by Gopalan, so no land owner share and A Khata Property. They took good care and followed all legal processes for the agreement and payment plan so far. 3. Prime Location - Wide Roads, Upcoming Metro Station at 1 KM 4. Walking distance (within1KM) - WGS School, Upcoming Metro Station, Supermarkets, Churches, Immadihalli Market (Vegetables/Non Veg) 4. Across the apartment - HDFC ATM, The Zinc Hotels, Eateries and Mint Supermarket, Temples, Masjids/Madarsas at walking distance etc.. 4. Open from 3 sides : Backside Prestige Villas, North - Wide Road and PU School and West - Wide Roads and other Apartments 4. 70% Open Space, where you will get additonal ameneties like clubhouse, swimming pools, playground etc 5. Carpet Area - 70%, remaining 30% will comprise of Parking, Balcony and Common Areas 6. UDS - 35% (little lower, some builders are offering ~50% UDS) 7. Posession Date late 2022 or early 2023(Depending on the Blocks) 8. One thing need to note about is facing of the apartments, not still sure what would be the sun light exposure in the apartments.

This property is still under construction and will be a promising one to keep on your list. Folks who’d relocate would be complimented with its prime locations ( ITPL, ITPB, Prestige Shantiniketan, Forum Shantiniketan, MVJ College Of Engineering, Whitefield Global School), and the list just goes on. It’ll be very convenient for everyone especially in the forthcoming years when it’s ready.
