★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to stay. Only problem is their staff like security, plumber, electrician and house keeping keeps changing all the time.

-- Location is good.
-- Easy accessible to public transport, 300 mts to Hope Farm junction.
-- Power Backup.
-- Well secured and gated community.
-- No major incidents and if any problem, it will be addressed immediately.
-- Loyal City and Star market located near by.
-- Management is very good.
-- Friendly community, multi linguistic.
Cons:
-- Ground floor, 1st or 2nd floor may have lot of noise from play area or people walking around.
-- No privacy for apartments in ground floor.
-- No timing for play area. Sometimes you may hear loud noise after 11 PM.
-- Construction in neighborhood SV Legacy, Balaji causes noise and dust.
-- Frequent Power cut in the area. Power backup is available but not appliances would work.
-- Parking is not convenient for easy manure, you may need to drive with so much caution to Basement 1 / 2.
-- Swimming pool is just basic and not well maintained sometimes.
-- Gym is average.
-- Hall way and corridors are dirty though the house keeping staff cleans it, still becomes dirty.
-- Road facing apartments will have too much noise from traffic and lot of dust gets in to apartment.
-- Swiggy delivery not allowed.
-- Full time Plumber / Electrician not available.
-- Some parking spaces are built useless in basement.
-- Events and festivals celebrated in most economical way.
-- No water meters for individual apartment. Water usage / charges will be average of all the apartments.
This is an average apartment with basic amenities.
