★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place I have ever seen. While I was living here, the owner and Nestaway removed the amenities while they had a contract with us for the stay. I rented the place because of power backup and after 3 months, they said that funds are low so I won't get any power backup. I would never recommend anyone to live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live I have ever seen. Rent is high enough that you can live in a good society and amenities can change based on what owner thinks. No matter how much you are paying to live here, you are paying way more than this place is worth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very good for residential purposes. It is good for both bachelors as well as for family. One of my friends is also staying here. The security is also good here even they provide smart lock at the door. For 2BHK well-furnished rental purposes it is between 20k-25k. Location is very good. There is a mini market that is 100meters from here and around 300meters there is a vogo stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience in these apartments. Despite of so poor location, rent is too high. No whereabouts of electricity and water, they cut off whenever they feel so. On demanding, they say that the tanker’s rate are too high. Have to wait for like 3-4 hours for water. Owner is very rude. He made one of my friends leave without any prior notice. So if you’re looking for a good place to live near ITPL, this is definitely not the one.

Good to know that owner is taking care of the apartment now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good apartment,but has a ton of other issues.
1) Frequent power cuts
2) Generator is not automatic. Have to call the security guard frequently to get it switched on.
3) Very rude owner who does not listen to your complaints. Acts all sweet in the beginning , but true colours are seen after you become a tenant.
Has no respect for girls.
4) Many of the conditions are not told in the beginning.
Eg . That terrace cannot be used, or that generator won't be made automatic.
Make sure to check on everything before you move in
I am stuck here for few months, but would suggest people moving in newly to reconsider.
