★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good. One of my friend is stay there. Good security in main gate. Child play area, swimming pool, gym, community hall, individual parking lot, lift, laundry service, etc. The best thing is water treatment and recycle for use in commode flash.
My friend purchased raw house @ ₹66L including only commode and flash. Monthly maintenance might be ₹3000 (not sure).
But... Area is not good. No nearby good shops and all. You need to go 1 km round way for marketing (grocery, vegetables, etc). Also, i heard that in night time that area is not safe. Inside the appartement no issues.
