★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worth a property to buy. Good connectivity to Whitefield. Very much satisfied with the sales person response who detailed every aspect of the project. Also they have ample setback areas and good corridor space & no common walls which assures OC certificate. All the more a very calm and peaceful location. On final talks with the builder to confirm the deal!!

I had a very good experience with Kumari Builder. What an amazing job done by Kumari Builder and its staff with regards to these Woods and Winds! the way they treat you and give you all relevant details make you rest assured that your investment will be safe.The process from booking to agreement, works extremely smoothly and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly.The brand quality we can see in their construction.

1.Property is very good. Good quality, maintained standards in construction.
2. Supportive staff, ex; Gopal, Sagar, etc.
Cons:
1. promised for OC & khata, i don't see positive progress. You guys are trying but from customer end, it's still con.
2. I think most of the big builders are maintaining apartment for 1 year after pocession (ex:assetz) but you guys are charging for everything, took 6m maintenance in advance.
These days people are looking for service before buying product. Please consider.

I am very happy buying my dream home from this Builder. They provide us with all the required facilities and the process of buying also is very comfortable. Their sales team is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a flat here. Good project, good location, good amenities(however amenities are still in progress) and at budget price. The builder stuff is very good, specially Gopal(with a smile always :)), Savitha, Sagar and Nirosha helped me a lot to resolve all my queries. The amenities works are not completed yet but it is fine as compared to my friends' experience with other builders. Besides we are having good rain in Bangalore this year :). They are doing their best to complete it and I am seeing their progress. I wish Kumari builders 'best of luck' for all their future endeavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son recently bought a 2BHK apartment in Kumari Woods and Winds, Channasandra, Whitefield, Bangalore. It was nearing completion at that time. He wanted a ready to move apartment since he had to vacate the rented premises where he was staying. Our experience with Kumari was excellent. Very good people to interact. They are polite and understand the problem of the customer. When my son told them his difficulty they readily agreed to speed up the sale process. They made the apartment ready for occupation immediately and completed all the legal formalities with electric rapidity and the apartment was handed over with all necessary facilities within the period they promised. Whenever there was problems they were always readily to attended promptly. The location of the apartment is excellent. there are shops, markets, hospitals, schools and other facilities very near to the apartment. What is more comforting is the approach of the staff of Kumari. They had always been frank and never kept their customers in dark about the facilities, price and the details about the construction and the title of the property. They had no difficulty to hand over copies of documents to ascertain the details about title and possession. No information was ever suppressed. Over all the ambience is very good and the price is affordable. The staff including security staff are good and take very good care not only the building and the surrounding property but also the inmates. It is a very good experience to own an apartment in Kumari Woods and Winds.
