They are very rude and not helpful because they local people and one of the staff is not wearing shoes and dirty so,this is my humble request to higher authority to give some knowledge to them that how to behave to others thankyou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder did double registrations. Flat no . 117, i purchased in 2017 and I am paying EMI from 2017 tilll 2021 march (march 2021 -when this review was written). I learned that my flat was registered to someone else 6 months ago. When I asked builder about it, he is offering to buy 308 flat. Not sure how many registrations are done against it already. The residents living there, look for any surprises if you purchased from Prashanth, the person without morals and values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feedback for Marketing team: I have inquired about details to Green Earth Marketing team and connected with a guy over WhatsApp who didn't gave me his name but started inquiring about my whereabouts. He started calling me at 12.30 in midnight and 7.30 in the morning with no respect of personal privacy. At last I blocked him and then he started sending text messages with all galis. Please teach your staff to show respect to person and their time.
Update on 22nd oct'21: The same guy again calling and asking me to remove the review and saying if you don't he will report to this review. What a courage he has. If google has an option to put recording I would have done that. Developer, please send me your email ID, I can sent all the evidence. For people, don't go to this property at all.
