DSR Green Fields - Bengaluru

Lot of greenery and open area. Power backup, lift and parking excellent. High Move-in/out charges -2K Although there are some problems. Please think before you move. Internet connectivity - Limited service providers. ACT does not provide service. TataDocomo and Tikona services are down because of frequent power cuts in area. Water is very hard. Your black jeans will take 2 washes to turn white. Uber service not available at tagged pin point. Although if you move marker a little away (200 mtrs ) from tagged location you will get cab available. Availability is limited.

Good with all basic eminities, little issues here and there exist with infra but that's common everywhere. Reason I give 5star is the warmth among the residents staying in the society, celebrating all festivals of India, all National days and taking care of each other.

1.The name "Greenfields" itself says everything lots of greenery and open space. 2. Residents are friendly and enjoy cultural events in full enthusiasm 3. All the amenities are really good and are fully functional 4. If you are looking to buy or rent a house in Greenfields just go ahead without any second thought.

I don't live here...but spent enough time to get some valuable insights. 1) You can rarely get this kind of spacious, posh looking construction these days be it in verandah or surrounding track or gardens or play area. 2) Location is pretty decent...not far from the city and road connectivity is good. Has a lot of shops, markets in vicinity. 3) Flat structure looks very spacious. Made good use of limited sqft. area of individual flats. Bedrooms are very spacy while not wasting too much space for bathrooms. 4) Main asset for dsr green fields is the free open area it possesses. 5) One con I can see is the metro bus facility. Few limited buses pass through this area. Cabs, autos do NOT hesitate to come here which is good. 6) Another con is that one needs to travel minimum 2km. to feel the city environment(whitefield/kadugodi). Overall, the construction is such that its pros exceedingly dominate its cons. Thumbs up to it.

Lots of natural light in every apartment. No need to switch on a light till evening. Large open space. lots of designated spaces for sports activities. Lots of culture activities by the residents. Pretty neat and we'll maintained. Good cohesive atmosphere and camaraderie.

Very good property, wonderful team work, peaceful neighbourhood. Have stayed here from Dec 2013. Have enjoyed every moment. Lucky to have vast open spaces wherein you can walk/jog in peace and children can play without any fear. Yes water is hard but so is it in the neighbourhood. At least there is plentiful water from bore well and no tanker supply.

One of the very few apartments which has so much open space and greenery. Corridors are well ventilated and spacious. Amenities like Badminton, Volleyball, Half-court for Basketball, Multi-purpose Halls‌, Swimming Pool and ample space for kids to play in. Community events, be it National, State or Religious, are celebrated with lot of enthusiasm and active participation. 24x7 CCTV surveillance, security guards. 24x7 Power supply (with DG backup)

Amenities are good, but due to few residents (especially few non-south Indians) and their tantrums the reputation of DSR GREENFIELDS was dragged till the Police Station. Peaceful atmosphere was spoiled a lot due to Groupism, But still one of the best society in this surroundings. Pros:- # Okay kind of neighborhood with diverse community. # Lots of open space. # Ventilated corridors. # Waste Segregation. # 24hrs Generator Backup. # 24/7 security with CCTV Cameras surveillance (but still lapses at times) # Housekeeping facilities # Greenary all around the premises. # Good set back space. # 2 Children play area's. # Jogging track # Gym # Jacuzzi # Swimming pool # Indoor Play area (Fussball, TT, Pool, etc) # 2 Badminton courts # Volley ball court # Covered Cricket pitch with net. # Skating area for kids # Club house with AC. # Yoga/Library room. # Amphitheater. # Covered car parking # Covered Garbage room # OWC # STP # WTP # Borewell water. (Salt levels are TOO HIGH) # Resident's come together at few occasions & involve in Flag hoisting, Ganesha festival & cultural activities along with sports events etc conducted by volunteers. Etc... ? Cons:- # Construction quality is not that great. # ECM is just a volunteer group came forward to serve the society, but most of the ECM lacks responsibility & doesn't hold much accountability. # There are 2 groups within the residents (Target other teams for almost every activity) # Instance of President drunk on 31st Dec and involved in a fight within the society. # Secretary was also involved in the dispute. (Not sure on what lead to man handling & who was wrong) # There were instances of one to one quarrel in the GBM, due to which many residents barely turn up for GBM. # An instance of Lawyer notice on ECM by a resident. # Instance of Police complaint on resident by Ex-president. # Video recording of every GBM was made mandatory after the police complaint. # Maintenance cost is high even with consuming borewell water. # Move-in and Move-out charges are 2k per instance, where you can't use lift and can't expect much support from the General Body. # Not much unity within resident's. and many many more... ?
