As promised 24*7 electricity supply in all rooms.
Didn't find any issues to get the loan from SBI.
Document were clear and loan process didn't take much time either.
As a budget apartment amenities provided are really good like gym, community hall, swimming pool and badminton court. All the flats are very well ventilated be 740 sqft flat or 1400 sqft flat.
Ample space maintained for court yard, kids play area. Parking area could have much better but it is sufficient. Builder had issues for North side compound wall but eventually it was solved after period of time.
Construction quality is also good as have seen progress of this apartment from it's foundation. Peaceful place to live in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Firstly no common walls, so don't have to worry about your privacy.
2. As the name describes, it is constructed with lots of spaces between flats so nice ventilation and you can breath naturally.
3. Construction wise it is very good and can be compared with other leading builders but within your budget.
4. Amenities are spread across all 3 different blocks and well maintained too.
5. Home loan approval process took only 15 working days and so I could register my flat within 2 months of booking.
6. BBMP has sanctioned 5 crores for upcoming road which is an added advantage in near future.
7. Place is closer to Hope Farm where Metro work is almost completed.
8. DG backup is provided 24 x 7 but limited for 1Kw capacity which is more than enough to run Fridge, TV, Lights and fans.
9. Water is a big concern in Bangalore. Here in White Breeze we have sufficient water to load swimming pool and run softner without worrying about anything.
10. UDS offered to best extend possible which is greater advantage of owning a property at White Breeze.
Lastly, it's worth buying a flat in White Breeze as I'm happily living.
