Saturated ln a cool atmosphere greenery all around and one of the best locations ln Bangaluru Karnataka India .Specious beautiful two BHK flats with semi furnished interiors .24 hours water facility and as well as 24 hours security and swiming pool .The main thing is location and atmosphere. This apartment is in best location and awsome atmosphere. One who wants tp live peacefully and without pollution will definitely select this apartment. Easy accessibility. Found wheelchair accessible entrance as well as wheelchair parking

Residents have access to gym, swimming pools, badminton court,etc.
The houses are not congestted, have ample amount of space and each house is provided with two balconies.
Each house gets provision for parking of a single car and there is separate provision for parking the vehicles of the visitors.
It is properly guraded and is secured.
The caretakers looks after the cleanliness of the pool and they also maintain the lawn.
There are generators in absence of electricity.
The only drawback is that the supplied water is hard and hence cannot be used for drinking purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is mixed with both pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Very spacious.
2. Recently built and looks good.
3. Inside gym, swimming pool . Separate for kids and adults. Pool is cleaned daily.
4. Generator back , not just for corridor area but also for every room .
5. 24 hrs Solar water for master bed room but runs out of hot water sooner during cold time.
Cons:
1. Other than A block residents, need to hire separate smaller vehicle apart from mover and packers vehicle.
2. No service lifts.
3. Though 2-3 km away from main road it is very dusty.
4. Water supply very hard. Hardest ever I noticed.
5. Some pointed out that pet rules are not same for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment for family people. Very well maintained with 24/7 security, CCTV camera, power backup. It has facility like swimming pool, kids play area, party hall, gym and badminton court. Dedicted walkway is another appreciating thing. Loved the apartment is built, its new and spacious. In A Block there is wall to wall attachment. Not sure about other blocks. Located in peaceful area.
Water is very very hard which I never experienced anywhere else.
