★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanadige -(meaning) brass lamp lit on auspicious occasions across the coastal belt of Karnataka.
This place lives to its meaning, decor with lamps (electric lantern) all around the place. Good sea food. Chicken dishes were good, but ok when compared. Definitely a good place for the luxury living people. More on a pricey side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite restaurants in Mangalore. Love the ambience here - neat, comfortable and you can see the sea if you look deeply :) The service here is the best, great staff. Food has always been great.
Once we had ordered food online and weren't happy with the quantity of some dishes. Sanadige took the feedback so positively and went as far as sending us across another dish and a drink. While restaurants today don't care for feedback, it was really nice of them to listen, accept their mistake and also rectify it then and there. That was great ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have variety of sea foods, and different types of platter in chicken mutton and sea food. Elaneer payasam in dessert was very tasty. Sea food platter 3 persons can easily eat. They also have live counter for Aappam. In sea food platter other than pomfret everything was delicious, Aappam with vegetable stew was very good.

The place has vallet parking and clean washrooms.
The tables are very well spaced out. The ambience is good.
We ordered kokum and tender coconut ginger juice, which were pretty decent.
Crab sukka and neer dose portion size were good. We tried all types of Fish fry, some of them were good, expensive.
They take a while to serve sea food dishes, as they cook the fish/crab of our choice kept on display.
