★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and spacious Cafe.. you can choose both indoors and outdoors to enjoy your food. Widespread buffet. Good options. Desserts are very delicious. Overall a feel good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a Sunday evening for a dinner buffet. The ambiance is world-class and the staff is courteous.
Coming to food, it has no taste, not worth 2500/-. The spread was very less and the food is not even closer to a 3-star restaurant. They have a live counter where I asked for a pasta it is very worst pasta no taste and vegetables. And also veg and nonveg starters are very less. OK starters less but no taste. The dessert section was not up to the mark, not even one Indian sweet was there. There is continental and Arabian cuisine as well but the spread is very less and not up to the mark. There are no fruit juices or drinks available.
i am totaly disappointed & i am not recommend this hotel to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here on 24th November night dinner and next day for breakfast. I personally felt the dinner experience went horribly wrong. I understand it's a common thing in the star hotels to keep it less spicy and bland which is more comfortable for the foreigners. But then what about the local people who want to enjoy some nice tasty food, although it had a huge spread I didn't like most of the food being more on bland side and also few of them didn't taste good. Dessert section was good though. I might rate the least for dinner but breakfast was a super hit and I would have given a 5 star rating only for the breakfast. Loved everything in the morning breakfast. I also feel dinner also being on the expensive side it should be given more importance and hope they do better in the coming days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with family to enjoy daughter's birthday.we had great time. I always consider best place to dine because of its food spreads, service and the endless smiling staffs. I must mention they surprised me with the cake and birthday gift for my daughter.
Thanks to all, keep it up and must say see you all soon.
And I must say their lobby and its flower arrangement creates an awesome ambience itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice buffet at b Café. The spread was awesome. A few more Pan-Asian & Continental dishes would have been nice, but that's a minor nitpick. The staff was most courteous & professional. All in all, a very good buffet experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast and lunch buffet at b cafe Shangri-La has a spread that satisfies both yoir taste buds and your heart. At lunch we had a spread of cuisines including Japanese, Burmese, Continental and ofcourse Indian. I started with Sushi, salami and a little of the irresistible desserts and went on to have a bit of everything.
The service was very welcoming and I would like to thank Mr. Ranju, Mr. Gaurav Tyagi, Shibu and Navin for filling our hearts with so much love. Definitely going back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend B Café which is located at the lobby level of the Shangri-La . They have a lavish, well spread out lunch buffet which covers Indian, Italian, Asian and Continental. They also serve some of the most delicious desserts I have had at a buffet! Friendly staff, great ambience delicious food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lunch buffet spread is huge with reasonable taste. It has a very good combination of Indian, Oriental, continental dishes. The salads and desserts are great. We loved the sushi as well. The place has a nice ambience and is spread across a wide area with ample seating. Overall highly recommended for friends and family get togethers as well as office outings.
