However, this time around our experience was even better as the most important part of dining experience is customer service, which your new employee KEILYANI delivered. She was really sweet, smiling, well
Mannered and ethical the way she looked after us like her own. Thank you KEILYANI, you are a wonderful person. May you grow in your work and I hope that other staff also follow the same. As I really don’t see those attributes in the other staff to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to all the restaurants in Shangri La and I liked the food, but shang palace was really really bad. I ordered 3 starters, 2 Chicken and one prawn. and they all lacked any depth or flavour. The Chongqing chilly chicken was way too dry and lacked any flavour and was too salty. The fried rice, Noodles and gravy wasn't tasty it was just flat. The manchow soup was good.
But this is not the experience I expect from a Chinese restaurant. I am really disappointed because this was a treat for my family and it was really embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greatly welcomed and escorted to our seats, our waiter very accommodating.All menu were explained. Everyone was very attentive even to the smallest detail. Two thumbs up to the chef who made my dish. Definitely a 5 star experience.kudos to the whole team !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience. Great food especially if you like authentic Chinese food. We had Dan Dan noodles and Peking duck which were great. They gave us a complimentary cake for our anniversary. They have great staff that is polite and prompt. It's priced higher than other places. But it's a great place for dinner with friends or even a date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect experience! Clean and comfortable environment, warm service and most importantly delicious Chinese food. There are barbecue and hot pot buffet every Saturday, as well as delicious steamed buns and dumplings. The manager and chef also asked if we were satisfied with the taste.love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been this restaurant 3-4 times so far. There are large range of Chinese food. Ambience is good and fancy, there are tables in the terrace too.
Dim sum or wonton type food is good and tasty. Fried rice and noodles are not bad either.
I just picked up food to my room of the hotel this time, I didn’t take a photo much.
Staffs are kind and helpful, it’s fine dining place, very costly in my opinion.
