They don't even bother to listen to you. The house keeping staff is impolite.
Overall attitude is like "you stay if you want, we don't care".
Stayed for more than 15 days. Since there is no improvement and resolution to my complaints changing the hotel now
Guys please give a second thought before booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic hotel. First when i entered the room phone wasn't working, then in bathroom the jet of flush was leaking, then i wanted tea and the kettle wasn't working. A big no pls dont waste money here in the name of 5 star or ITC chain. Its a total waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were decently maintained. The roof top restaurant and pool are currently shut down, attributing to COVID. None of the phones in my room were working and complaining to the front desk didn't help. Room service was very slow
Roads leading to the hotel are in a pretty bad shape as of November 2021
The staff was very courteous and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good hotel. I booked the room just by seeing ITC brand. Curtains are stinky, dirty and bad smell in the room. Cleaning needs to improve and also breakfast quality. I will never book again. Bed was outdated and in bad quality. Doesn't deserve 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a five star since major flaws in their service. I went there for some exam purpose and they don't turn on the AC for the official visit in the 2nd floor. Though it was arranged by IDP, however it's responsibility to turn on the central AC. I have to visit 4th floor which is not a straight button push. The hotel staff should put a board or someone to guide how to use elevator. But there was none. I had to come out and ask the receptionist. That was also futile since the card itself was not working. So they should take these serious and work on basic amenities.

Booked for 4 Nights, No Hot water 24hrs., Not working of Exhaust in washroom, can't have any other rooms coz they aren't operating all the rooms, we even got Cockroach as an compliment & informed the guys at front office about the compliment we got, no travel desk so have to depend & trust on outside cab operators. No television service coz they haven't recharged only 3 or 4 channels were there, Not good AC it took around 2 to 3 hours to get the room temperature to normal.
