★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality. Concierge service was excellent. Loved the cleanliness and complimentary breakfast was very delicious. Loved the varieties. We then visited the Kaya spa which was very soothing and stress relieving. The therapists were friendly. They made us feel very comfortable. Will surely visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in this hotel for a week. Absolutely classy and comfortable. The staff, tight from the entry point, to Front Office to Restaurant to Room Service to House Keeping, everyone of them is very courteous, considerate and helpful.
Overall Great ambiance. It definitely provides you a great feeling of luxury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel for a day stay at last moment. Although website suggested check-in is @3:00PM, I was a little reluctant initially whether to book or not. Their customer service representative did a good job in assuring and reassuring that an early check-in at hotel is available and we didn't had to wait like many other hotels where they promise early check-in yet the room won't be ready at all. Hotel upgraded our room to a garden view room. Room was well kept, every room post cleaning was sealed and the seal was broken in front of us. We did not get chance to explore restaurants in the hotel. My stay was memorable. Breakfast buffet the next morning was elaborate and very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great stay all thanks to the front office team! The check-in experience was simply fantastic - we were greeted with a big smile and felt super welcome. The team at the reception also helped us plan our day and explained the various activities to make our stay even more memorable. Thanks to all the staff and will definitely come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small yet elegant hotel that has preserved many bits of the British era.
Comparing it to many other 5 star hotels, this seems small. However, there is an element of elegance and class that they have mainted within.
From large posh hallways, to British architectures, a lush garden on the third floor, and massive chandeliers, it's beautiful.
Dublin, the bar is also quite amazing with the old rustic feel to it. We took the buffet and the spread was great. The food was tasty and fresh.
The rooms were nice for sure but we expected a larger balcony and a larger bathtub, it's actually quite small. This was the only thing which I felt could have been better.
The staff is great. They are very helpful in all regards.
The prices are great, and the location is beautiful. I would recommend this to couples looking to celebrate an event like birthday or anniversary here, you'll surely enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name suggests, this hotel has a strong British feel from the East Indies era. All of the designs inside and outside the room fit together wonderfully. The terrace garden connected to the center of the room is perfect for enjoying tea. Unconnected rooms are great for looking down and enjoying room service and House keeping staff are friendly...One of the best hotel I have stayed so far.
1 - The hotel is well decorated with a heritage touch. People who loves the British culture and art should definitely like it.
2 - The bar of the hotel is just way to awesome which gives you a feel of seating somewhere in a Classic Bar of London.
3 - Each and every support staffs, starting from the security to the housekeeping guys are well behaved and always keen to understand your needs and fulfill it.
I just had a awesome experience.

During the past years I have been to hundreds of events at dozens of hotels and I can't recall ever having things run as smoothly as they did for us here. I was so pleased with the staff. Couldn't find a better hotel with so beautiful interior which were resembling the beauty of the British period. The food was amazing. The staff was amazing.. overall a very delightful experience

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who are planning on a vacation.Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.I have visited so many hotels, but none of them gave a satisfaction of living which your hotel gave us. And coming to the food it was healthy, tasty and delicious.
And finally thanking you for giving us a better stay.....!
