Even though in the beginning it seemed like I wasn't able to get my new phone due to some short comings from end , the staff were super sweet and patient enough to get me my phone by completing all the required online procedures. Great experience and great job guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience by the Store manager (Mr. Ashwak) Vijaya Bank Layout Sangeetha mobile branch, who have no customer service attitude. Bought new VIVO mobile in this store last week but the third party app camera was not working properly. So i requested and asked to look into the same, took more than 1wk but no response, if something asked we don't have that option sorry. They are selling the phone which has not updated and if we ask their reponce will be wait till the app updates by itself. After lot of struggle with service centre and Mr. ashwak requested to give a new handset or change my vivo phone to any other brand, which the box sealed piece give from the service centre. But Mr. ashwak has very rude manner of answering and denied that our customer service centre is not allowing to change the brand, which means we have to struggle with the brand which he gives without our satisfaction and after paying all the money to them..
The Very very bad experience by this guy which is bad for the reputation of sangeetha mobiles. Mr. ashwak has no customer service attitude. Kindly don't buy any any electronic items in this store..
The above 1star is also dont mean them pressing that star only to proceed to visible post icon button..

I went to buy an Bluetooth speaker there were 3 staffs .I asked them for speaker they shown an boxpiece and said if you purchase it once then only you can open it . No demo piece also
Very poor please advice your executives about customer relationship .
