★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer satisfaction and complain resolution zero..I have purchase Tata ace from sanghi I have submitted aadhaar card for address but negligence of duty by staff type wrong address and same had been inform for correction but not corrected. And result is i have not recd my vehicle RC card from 2 month.I am Daliy calling to sales Persoan,RTO agent and showroom staff but poor resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a commerical vehicle show room and type of customer they deal with have given a three star rating. Heard this is one of oldest showroom in this area. My experience was lower than average. Guy we met only want to sell product which is in inventory. We wanted to know or enquiry about electric bus but sales guy wasn't aware if Tata Motors manufacture or not. My expectations was high when I went inside of such big show room which has two rooms of cubicles which caters to different segment and requirement but there was bit chaos. A guy who we found helpful was person serving tea he took us to cubicle which serve school bus customers. We needed product for rural and which can go into narrow lanes with seating of 23-26 seats. But didn't got satisfactory information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanghi brothers Tata ujjain services are very poor, i had given my car for repair in their workshop for a small bumper damage, it's been 20 days since they had put my car with them neither inform me about the progress of the car nor they behave good, me and my wife are doctorsin rural areas in ujjain medical college and facing a lot of problems, when I asked them they always some or the other excuses. They have taken my trust.
