★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus departed 1 hour late and took 30-40 extra passengers there were 5 persons sitting in place of 2 also extra passengers sleeping on floor took 16 hours for 10-12 hr journey very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is to bring to the notice of Sanjay travels, Agra , Owner if you ar e running short of money u can ask people & people will help you instead of cheating people. i had booked a ticket from Yatra.com for Agra to varanasi and i was told from the number mention on the ticket that we are not responsible for the ticket and Yatra.com is a fraud company.
running from every office of ours tell them to check booking in agra but all in vein then i gaveup and finally booking a new ticket in the same bus Mr Mukesh Yadav which cost me 1600 per seat. also i paid 1100 rupees to Yatra . Cheating has also some limit. Nexty time i will never travel by Sanjay Travels and also tell my near & dear not to travel by Sanmjay Travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest opinion : Overall journey experience was good. The only negative point is, they allow extra passengers, who occupy all the gallery space in the bus, which is not good and safe. Otherwise it's good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst and nightmare experince.. If you have no other options wait but dont use them you will regret. They fill extra passengers who sits on floor, No value of time at all, fight and arguing if you say why filling without seat. Charge very high for Ac bus, no divider provided in 2 sleepers and they put 4 peoples in 2 sleeper.
