★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for repair of car stereo, they told me to deposit 280 and 75% is refunded if you don't repair it. They told me the repair cost and that was higher than the brand new's price. I told them that I don't want to repair and told them to return it but then they changed tone and wanted 500 more. I told them that I would write to their Sony India's head, then they returned it. So go there with this in mind.

My experience is not good. Staff there was busy in their own personal issues and hardly listening to my issue.
Did not repair my music system properly and same problem repeated very soon.
Totally hopeless and ignorant people.

If they don't have essential spare parts then why they are not able to say that we can not repair...... they wasted my time (6hours) after that they say we can't repair due to not having spare parts. Please don't buy sony products as they are not sure that they will continue manufacturing same product in future

My sony Bravia tv kdl-42w700b has fault in only t-con board and it only cost max. 3000 but they are saying we don't have part so we want to replace the t con board and panel itself which cost more than 20000!
So now what we can do??
They are the only service centre in Agra and they dont have a tv part......lol shame on u money beggers!!!!!

For repair He did not issue any bill and changed display charged Rs 9500/- from me
And assured that six months guarantee for
Any problem after one month again display problem came in TV .I gave my TV for repair
Again He kept it for one month and did not
do anything. And on query no phone was responded. Lastly without any repair I brought
my TV back.
Very bad experience with this service centre.
This type of service centre are spoiling name
