★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Sanjeevan Hospital was very unpleasant.I was hospitalized for 4 days for kidney stone issue.
I underwent systoscopy on 13 January 2022 for a big kidney stone, which turned out to be an unsuccessful attempt. Seems the hospital was ill equipped to cater to such requirement, if kidney stone is harder than normal. Knowing these
facts ,doctors should not have attempted this surgery. I felt cheated with the whole episode.
The Urologist seemed inexperienced and tentative about the procedure he did.After failed surgery ,he advised lithotripsy in another hospital which may need 2 to 4 sittings.I decided to take a second opinion and went to specialized Urology hospital,where I was well advised on situation and procedures.I got Ureteroscopy done.The same large kidney stone was successfully removed and I was discharged in less than 24 hours. This was for the 60% cost of what Sanjeevan Hospital charged me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience about treatment and staff behaviour. Think twice before admitting patient here and make sure you have collected all the jwellerys and gadgets before admitting patient as staff is stealing the things. Thefts are roaming in the ICU to get chance even after raised complaint doctors are also supporting staff and making fool to relatives by their argument. Be careful as no one is supportive if anything goes wrong. They have no standards & rules. After raised issue with Dr. Saurabh and supervisor Dhanashree they dont care whats going on and just asking me what to do in such cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star actually - Doctors and nurses are really best!! Bahar Kulkarni sir and his team was fantastic and trustworthy!! Doctors visited regularly, and the nurses were caring. Hats off to night duty doctors and nurses!! They were too much prompt and attentive. Room was good, but 1 star less for other issues like wardboys were not good (expecting money for small small work), regular deep cleaning wasn't there, proper spunjing wasn't there, not changing bedsheets, supply from canteen, rush at medical store (one counter only), discharge procedure took a bit longer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital for any kind of treatment. Staff here is so polite, humble, caring and enthusiastic. The hospital is kept clean. All facilities are available here. Hospital is at central place so everything is nearby. Doctors here are co-operative.

Cleanliness is well maintained, staff behaviour is very polite and helpful.
Suggestion: Please increase canteen facilities and services to patients like include at least patients foods with room services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A close relative had a surgery. The Surgeons and Physicians took the time to explain the procedure in detail. The surgery was performed successfully. All staff was very professional, competent, kind, and helpful. A very positive experience overall. A big thank you to all staff involved!

This is regarding booster dose for Covid. Earlier I had taken two doses from this hospital where experience was very good. Good service, fast disposal of people with vaccination. Good arrangement.
Visited this hospital again for booster dose. It was a very big disappointment. Had to stand in queue for one hour to make payment. Standing in queue with no proper place to stand, no one to attend to people in the queue.
After payment it another big disappointment to learn that doctor /nurse for give vaccine was not available. No one to reply properly! Very unpleasant experience.
Why does this hospital accept responsibility for vaccination if it cannot do minimum by way of service?
