★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took an appointment for X-ray and Sonography and reached at the intimated time after a jam packed traffic ride only to be told that the Sonography technician had already left. Totally unprofessional attitude.

Replying to owners response : Agree that the person on the phone told me to come at 7.00pm. But I told him that I would be able to reach by 7.15pm. Despite this, he told me to come. If the technician was unable to wait beyond 7.00pm, he could have declined the appointment, which would have been perfectly fine with me. Because he told me to come, I started on my bike and reached the facility at 7.15pm. Rest of course has already been shared.
