★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very poor experience overall. Staff is unprofessional and we are forced to remove our shoes whereas there were many who were on their slippers and shoes side the clinic. Place is also not hygienic as u expect and the way they behave

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception staff is not at all experienced. Not sure if they follow the best practice while examining as staff keep visiting in and have snacks in the diagnostic room of the ct machine while the patient is being diagnosed. Also time management is pathetic- inspite of an pre scheduled appointment had to wait couple of hours to get the tests done. Pure waste of day. Would reccomend Pinacle diagnostic over them any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the staff needs to learn to talk to the patients properly and address their queries. Especially the lady on the phone needs to be sent to some training on communication.
Secondly if there is any technical issue they need to inform the patient prior the visit and not waste their time travelling unnecessarily.
Thirdly I vl never strongly recommend any patient to visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with any pathology lab. They have CT Scan machine which is not working but they kept me waiting for 2 hours and later collected payment and sent to another centre just to ensure their cut. This lab is in poor condition and not maintained at all. For a test like CT Scan which is very intense for patients, this facility is not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional approach towards patient, unskilled medical staff was available at the centre during MRI. Emergency bell was not functional inside MRI machine. Patient’s blood pressure shot up to 160 degrees F and he asked for support but help came only after 15 minutes. This setup doesn't look like an MRI centre. Medically one person from their family members should be available with patient during MRI but in our case, process was started without even asking for family members presence. Never seen such practice anywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mri scan center ever!!!! First of all they waste so much time….. they had given me an appointment of 11 am when I reached there at 11 they said it will take some time and they gave me another appointment of 1 pm so had to wait 2 hours there…. Finally when it was my turn they saidmri cannot be done as the machine was too small for adults….. only children and small size people can go in i guess… i wear large size shirt and still wasn’t able to go in…. I was really disappointed with this center…. I would not recommend anyone to go here!! Its a waste of time and money!!
