★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff looks over loaded with work according to their attitude, I found only one polite lady there. They all were in so much hurry. I now doubt about their quality of reports. I had mri contras and I was given iv injection by a technician. Another technician or non medical staff removed it and it was painful. I would not prefer to go there next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a very unhygienic place. They only seem to want to make money. They overbook people and make you wait for hours. They will make you pay in full on the pretext that you will be going in soon and then you get stuck no matter when u have taken the appointment. Once you get your scans they are so bad that u have to do it all over again at another place because doctors can’t read them. DO NOT GO HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unhygienic MRI machine. It was full of mold and fungus. I have never seen such a filthy, decrepit MRI machine in my life! All the airvents and crevices in the machine were full of dark black spotty mold.
I came here on the recommendation of my doctor, despite having been to cleaner, more professional centers in Andheri.
The staff is extremely unprofessional. Appointments are but mere indications... If a 'known friend' etc comes, you will be bumped down in priority.
The Receptionist could learn a thing or 2 about courtesy, manners and above all, PROFESSIONALISM!!!
The charges are also about 20% more than comparable (i.e. better) centers in Andheri

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff had taken appointment but had to wait for 1 hr still i wounder how this center have customer if this attitude of staff continue center will close soon waste of money waste of time government hospital staff are way more better than the staff here

They took patients without appointments in between... And we had to wait for half an hour. Don't bother to take appointments.. And I think it's in their must qualifications that Receptionist staff should be rude and inconsiderate... If there was option would give negative stars...If they are so frustrated they should Just stop working and seat at home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after taking an appointment ,they made my 87 year old mother wait for 2 hours before they took her in for a MRI..This is totally uncalled for and ridiculous..
We kept pleading to take her in and get the tests...but in vain....Exactly 2 HOURS before they took her in for a 10 min Scan...
What is the appointment given for then ???!!!
Extremely dissapointed and disgusted !
