People at the reception don’t understand a thing sometimes and it’s very hard to get proper information from them. They keep on decelerating things. It seems so unorganised and people here are so unprofessional.
One morning I came early around 7:45 AM for getting an injection. But there was no one in casualty and I’ve to wait 1 hour for the hospital staff to reach. No management at all. I don’t understand how they are running the hospital with such a bad management. Utterly disappointed.
