This is the worst bus travels I have ever had.
Bus Timing MUM to HYD 7:30pm to 10am
but actual MUM (9:30pm) HYD (4pm)
These people don't have bus paper or permit, so they will take shortcuts from nearby villages to avoid police checking.

I book a ticket with them during diwali, since the buses were already full, i opted for them (1month 10 days before the travel date) . they called me one day before the journey to inform that their bus has met with an accident and thats y they have to cancel the bus. Out of my good nature, in such a situation, where they should be actually giving me an alternative seat, I did not argue and booked a seat with 4times more fare since i had to book at last moment. First of all I dont think they even had a bus planned. they might have just taken the money and invest somewhere for so long. the bus was cancelled on 24th/ 25th oct. and its today, 12th dec, and i still haven't received my refund. I have been calling them every week but there is no update. The guy has stopped attending calls since last 4 weeks, i am calling daily now. and at times his number is on waiting but still he does not care back to reply. i am super frustrated with this service. if i could, i wouldn't give them 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst travel Co. This one star also they don't deserve. They don't have time value of passengers. For money they wait for new passengers for more 30-40 minutes. Unnecessarily passengers in the bus suffer alot. Owner is so rude. He uses bad language if complained about it. The buses are also in worst condition. Bed sheets are so unclean. Lights are not working. Everything is broken. It's not at all Worth to pay so high ticket prices for such a ghatiya travel Co. Worst buses, staff and owner. I request you all please don't ever travel by Sankalp buses.
